QSSI Brings Two Seasoned Executives On Board
Columbia, MD – May 1, 2006 –QSSI announces the appointment of Mr. Bikram Bakshi and Mr. Pawan Malhotra to QSSI’s executive management team. Mr. Bakshi will serve as QSSI’s new Chief Operating Officer and Mr. Malhotra will serve as the Chief Financial Officer. Both executives bring a proven combination of knowledge, experience and insight crucial to lead QSSI through its next phase of growth.

Bikram Bakshi
Mr. Bakshi brings a unique blend of business and technology experience to QSSI. He has successfully launched several leading edge technology solutions in worldwide markets and has built and maintained major client and partner relationships. As COO, Mr. Bakshi’s responsibilities include overseeing the sales, business development, marketing, and technology functions for the company. Prior to QSSI, Mr. Bakshi was Vice President and General Manager at BNX Systems and held senior positions at Intel Corporation. He also is an inventor or co-inventor on 11 U.S. Patents. Mr. Bakshi received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
Pawan Malhotra
Mr. Malhotra is an industry veteran with extensive experience in financial management, capital investments, and mergers and acquisitions. As QSSI’s CFO, he is responsible for the company's strategic direction, as well as the operation and management of the company's financial resources. Prior to joining QSSI, he was an Angel Investor and Advisor to a number of start-ups in the Washington area and spent several years with a number of top tier investment banks on Wall Street. During his tenure on Wall Street, Mr. Malhotra supported companies in raising over $1 Billion of new capital. Mr. Malhotra received his MBA from Georgetown University.
