QSSI Awarded the Customer Support for Medicare Modernization (CSMM) Help Desk
Gaithersburg, MD — September 15, 2009 – Maryland-based Quality Software Services, Inc (QSSI) was recently awarded a prime contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide technical help desk services for the Customer Support for Medicare Modernization (CSMM) effort. QSSI will be responsible for providing customer support to business partners and external entities across the country that have a contractual relationship with CMS to exchange data/access Medicare Part C/D information systems.
As the CSMM Help Desk contractor, QSSI serves as a technical resource to CMS business partner software users in exchanging data with CMS and interacting with system users interfaces, including facilitating the resolution of operational problems. The Medicare eligibility, enrollment and payment systems are systems that are vital to the administration of Medicare benefits by daily external customers nationwide.
