QSSI Selected to Participate in the CCHIT® Personal Health Records Work Group
Gaithersburg, MD – June 17, 2009 – QSSI is pleased to announce that Mr. Seth Edlavitch was selected to participate in the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology’s (CCHIT®) Personal Health Records Work Group for the upcoming certification development cycle. Mr. Edlavitch will join other industry leaders as a volunteer to support the CCHIT® mission to “accelerate the adoption of robust, interoperable health information technology by creating a credible, efficient certification process”. Mr. Edlavitch leads the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Personal Health Record, South Carolina (MyPHRSC) project as QSSI’s Project Director.
